Bosch Rexroth Indramat's DDS02.1-W100-DL03-01-FW is an advanced digital drive unit specifically designed for industrial applications, including textiles, robotics, and machine tools. This sophisticated drive delivers an optimal performance with a nominal current output of 100 Amps under appropriate ambient conditions, such as temperatures ranging from 0 to 45 degrees Celsius, altitudes from 0 to 1000 meters and up to 95% relative humidity. The output derates if operated outside these parameters, with operation not permitted beyond 55 degrees Celsius or above 5000 meters. This unit supports commanding communication for single-axis positioning and is also equipped with digital servo feedback for precise motor control, requiring regulated 24 Volts DC input and a nominal DC bus voltage of 300 Volts DC. The drive system, weighing about 7.5 kilograms, depends on internal air cooling, emphasizing on proper installation spacing for efficient airflow and ventilation. Note that the firmware for this system needs to be ordered separately.
