The DDS02.1-W100-DS45-01-FW, a product of Bosch Rexroth Indramat, belongs to the DDS family of drive controllers. Used for a myriad of applications such as robotics, packaging machinery, and textile industry equipment, these controllers interface with digital AC servo motors like MDD and MKD synchronous motors as well as LAR and LAF linear inductance motors to create the DDS system. The DDS02.1-W100-DS45-01-FW controller, a part of the DDS02 series, features a modular design enabling integration with application-specific modules. The SERCOS interface allows connections via fiber optic cables. The compact size allows cabinet mounting, with heat technology providing its cooling method. The protective cabinet has an IP 10 rating, shielding against solids over 50mm in diameter. Optimal operation is achieved with a DC bus voltage of 300V (± 15%) and a current rating of 100A. This controller is compatible with motors having digital servo feedback.
