The DDS02.1-W100-DS63-00-FW, produced by Bosch Rexroth Indramat, is a modular drive controller designed for industrial motor control. It has a total of five slots in its basic unit, three of which are customizable for flexible plugin modules. The remaining slots are equipped with software, permitting command, communication and swift drive replacement functionalities through SERCOS modules. The controller, which is version 1 in the 2 series, operates an output of 100 Amps, and requires separate firmware ordering. It functions within an ambient temperature of 0 to 45 degrees Celsius, and elevations up to 1000 metres. Its capacity diminishes as temperature and elevation increase, with a decrease to 80% and 65% of rated output at 55 degrees Celsius and 5000 metres elevation, respectively. Supporting digital servo feedback, the controller guarantees accurate motor control, employs internal cooling airflow for heat management, and weighs approximately 7.5 kilograms.
