The DDS02.1-W100-DS63-01-FW is a product by Bosch Rexroth Indramat. This is a DDS series intelligent AC servo drive controller featuring a SERCOS interface. It's a microprocessor-controlled, brushless drive, widely used in grinding and assembly machines, woodworking and packaging equipment. Integral to this drive is a signal processor, executing control, monitoring, and diagnostics tasks. Available with either a SERCOS, analog or single-axis positioning interface, the DDS drives facilitate AC servo motors with corresponding interfaces. Supporting 2 and 4 Mbps data rates, with higher SERCOS versions allowing up to 100 Mbps, it utilizes fiber optic cable for data transmission. Its hardware consists of a basic unit containing five module slots, three of which can be customized as per user requirements. Rated at 100 Amps output, this controller includes digital servo feedback, uses in-cabinet air for cooling and operates between 0 to 45 degrees Celsius.
