The DDS02.1-W100-R, a digital AC drive un-configured unit, is produced by Bosch Rexroth Indramat. This air-cooled, modular system boasts of a 100A rated basic unit and five slots, two of which are specifically designed for the control and software modules, while the remaining three can accommodate any compatible plug-in module. A key feature of this drive unit is its digital signal processor which facilitates real-time processing of signals - updating position and velocity loops approximately every 250 microseconds. The DDS02.1-W100-R's position measuring precision is released to speeds up to 6000 RPM. It offers either analog or digital interface (SERCOS), which can be customized to suit various applications. The easily accessible front panel hosts interface ports, plugin slots, motor power terminals, and motor feedback interface. The drive unit requires no external cooling and supports four operating modes. Its two-digit, seven-segment display provides real-time diagnostics and troubleshooting error codes.
