The DDS02.1-W100-RL02-01-FW drive controller, manufactured by Bosch Rexroth Indramat, is a state-of-the-art industrial controller designed for optimal synchronous and induction motor control in servo systems. This modular controller can be adapted for various roles through additional configuration modules. Supplied as a full suite, the device includes plugin, software, and communication modules, but requires separate ordering for firmware modules. Specifically designed for use with a Rexroth Indramat power supply delivering regulated 24 volts, the device is protected against interference from solids larger than 12mm in diameter. Compliant with both American and European quality standards, the controller also includes real-time operation monitoring through special LEDs and maintains a safe temperature range through integrated air blowers and heat sinks. Its rated current is approximately 100 amperes, and it uses a single-axis command communication module. Dimensions are approximately 355mm long and 105mm thick.
