The DDS02.1-W100-RL04-01-FW industrial drive controller, engineered by Bosch Rexroth Indramat, controls induction and synchronous motors in industrial servo systems. With a long-standing operational life of over five years without major repairs, this cost-effective device merges past experiences with modern technology, epitomizing progressive motor control. It ensures safety under normal conditions, achieving risk-free operation. Nevertheless, the wrong accessories, wiring, or configuration parameters could prompt dangerous servo motor movements. This unit regulates internal temperature through forced ventilation and requires a minimum installation clearance of 80mm to forestall heat buildup. Compatible with motors featuring resolver feedbacks, it operates on a DC bus voltage of 300 volts, generating a leakage current of approximately 3.5mA in ideal conditions. This necessitates grounding before operation.
