The DDS02.1-W100-RS04-03-FW, a product of Bosch Rexroth, is a DDS drive controller model. The controller's unique design enables the integration of AC servo and main drives under a single supply unit. Compatible with all Indramat supply units that require a 24V DC voltage, it works effectively under rapid-response operations when linked with MDD and MKD synchronous motors or LAR and LAF linear inductance motors. The controller also comprises a SERCOS communications module, which is connected using a fiber optic cable. This cable further provides a means to control the digital drive as well as evaluate reference switches and sensor inputs. The DDS02.1-W100-RS04-03-FW requires mountings in control cabinets, offering protection against solids larger than 50mm. It operates at a rated current of 100A and supports a DC bus voltage of 300V with a ±15% tolerance. The cooling mechanism is air-based and needs a spacious control cabinet. The operational ambient temperature ranges between 0oC and 45oC.
