The DDS02.1-W150-DA02-01-FW, a product of Bosch Rexroth Indramat, is an advanced digital drive designed for comprehensive motor control. Fully compatible with MKD, MDD, and LAR motors, it serves an array of applications including textiles, machine tools, printing machinery and robotics. The drive controller comprises a basic unit and additional components: drive firmware, command and communication module, and pluggable modules. The basic unit features five module slots, with one each reserved for software and command and communication module - the latter being analog in this specific model. Three slots accommodate optional modules. These slots are accessible via the front panel. The drive has three rating plates containing vital device information useful for identification, parts replacement, or spare parts ordering. With a nominal output current of 150 Amps, optimal operation is key, as non-optimal conditions may require output derating. The DDS02.1-W150-DA02-01-FW, cooled by convection, dissipates heat internally.
