The DDS02.1-W150-DA06-00, a series 2 version 1 drive controller by Bosch Rexroth Indramat, utilizes heat technology to manage thermal output. Ideally operated in temperatures from 0 to 45 degrees Celsius and altitudes up to 1000 meters, non-ideal conditions could lead to performance reduction or malfunction. To ensure adequate ventilation, a clearance of 80mm is recommended above and below the device, and 22.5mm behind it. Rated at 150 Amps output current, the device features digital servo feedback and the functionality is defined by the firmware installed. Although the firmware must be ordered separately, it houses within the software module alongside user-defined parameters. The device comes with an analog command communication module alongside one command and communication module. Offering Interbus, single-axis positioning, analog and SERCOS options, it is convection cooled, has an IP20 housing rated for a vertical orientation, and requires installation and operation by trained professionals.
