The DDS02.1-W150-DA07-02-FW is a high-end drive controller produced by Bosch Rexroth Indramat, part of the DDS product line. Its modular design allows the inclusion of designated modules, such as software and communication modules, and up to three optional plug-in modules. The controller is compatible with power supplies that give a 24 Volts DC regulated output but not recommended with TVM 1.2 supply. Suitable to work with a variety of motor lines including LAF and LAR linear motors, and MKD and MDD synchronous rotary motors, it provides accurate motor control through digital servo feedback. An analog communication interface is standard yet if required, communications slots can house SERCOS, Interbus-S and single axis position control modules. Firmware, which defines the controller’s features, is a separate order. Rated current output is 150 Amps and continuous current rating is 65 Amps. Designed for air cooling, housed in IP20 rated protection, and to be mounted vertically, the controller operates within 0 to 45°C and up to 1000 meters altitude. Installation and handling should be by qualified staff following safety procedures in the manual.
