The Bosch Rexroth Indramat DDS02.1-W150-DS37-00-FW is a modular DDS series controller with a 150 Amp rated output, designed for industrial motor control, compatible with MDD and MKD synchronous motors, as well as LAR and LAF linear motors. This controller requires a separate software module for firmware, which is fitted into slot U5 and contains essential operating parameters. A modular design allows for swift commissioning and swapping of software modules from faulty units to minimize downtime. It has an IP20-rated vertical housing measuring 355 x 105 x 325 mm, requiring specific spacing for heat dissipation, and operates between 0 and 45°C, up to 55°C with derated performance. The DDS02.1-W150-DS37-00-FW supports SERCOS digital servo feedback and requires 300V DC bus voltage. Weighing approximately 7.5 kg, it requires installation and operation by trained personnel.
