The DDS02.1-W150-DS63-00-FW, produced by Bosch Rexroth Indramat, is a modular industrial drive controller purpose-built to work seamlessly with synchronous and induction motors. This controller forms part of a high-response drive system operating as an individual power unit. With a design that bridges old and new technologies, it sets new standards for flexibility in drive controllers. To avoid solid and liquid interference, installation in an additional cabinet meeting IP54 protection class is recommended. The system is ideal for use in machine tools, textiles, printing, packaging, and robotics, and requires a power supply unit providing regulated DC voltage. The fully configured unit includes a base, software modules, and extra plug-in module. Despite its safety features, operators must follow handling instructions to avoid harmful motor movement.
