Bosch Rexroth Indramat manufactures the DDS02.1-W200-DA02-00, a digital motor controller ideal for various industrial applications such as robotics, grinding machines, handling systems, and CNC machine tool axes, among others. The separately ordered firmware, stored on the software module, validates functionalities while retaining operating parameters. The module fits U5 slot on the basic controller unit. The DDS02.1-W200-DA02-00 has an analog command communication module for the U1 slot and supports digital servo feedback. The controller operates optimally under 0-45 degrees Celsius temperature, 0-1000 meters altitude, and 95% maximum relative humidity. Any deviation may necessitate power adjustment and cooling requirements. It utilizes natural convection to dissipate operational heat, which necessitates adequate cabinet space or alternatively air conditioning for temperature regulation. Only Bosch-approved accessories and spares are recommended for use with the controller.
