The DDS02.1-W200-DA06-01-FW is a digital drive controller, an essential component of Bosch Rexroth Indramat’s DDS drive system. This is specifically designed for controlling and monitoring electric motors, combining effectively with MDD and MKD synchronous servo motor series, and LAR and LAF linear induction motor series for creating responsive drives. These are predominantly used in various machinery including textiles, handling machinery, machine tools, robotics, and printing and packaging. The controller features an analog interface, supports digital servo feedback system, and uses firmware for functions. It operates on a rated current of 200A and a DC bus voltage of 300V, within an ambient temperature range of 0-45oC. The controller’s cooling mechanism is based on heat technology requiring an adequate control cabinet and air conditioning. Maximum permissible relative air humidity is 95%, and installation height should not exceed 1000m above sea level.
