The DDS02.1-W200-DL02-00, a highly advanced industrial drive controller, is produced by Bosch Rexroth Indramat. It is engineered for managing the operation of synchronous and induction motors in industrial servo systems, including the adjustment of speed, position and acceleration. With an efficiency rate of about 95%, this enclosed modular device is protected to IP20 standards, allowing it to resist penetration of large solid materials, but not smaller substances or liquids. For enhanced defense, incorporation into a control cabinet with IP54 protection is recommended. Provided as a fully-configured appliance, it accommodates various modules such as the software module and command communication module, inserted into U1-U5 slots. The drive controller has an accessible control panel for effortless real-time operation. To safeguard against electrical incidents arising from its 3.5 milliampere leakage current, a proper grounding system is required. The device’s optimal installation height is below 1000 meters above sea level.
