The DDS02.1-W200-DS04-03-FW is a drive controller, product of Bosch Rexroth Indramat, designed for dynamic environments in industries where motion parameters frequently change. Applicable to the MDD, LAR and MKD motors, the system delivers accurate speed, torque, and position control. It comes with a modular structure for easy retrofitting and removal and an IP 20 level protection against external objects. As per customer needs, the basic function can be pre-configured by the manufacturer. This drive features a continuous current of 65A, a peak current of 200A and is frequently used in industries such as packaging, woodworking, automotive, metal machining, and printing industry. It ensures improved position control abilities through a built-in resolver with a corrective closed-loop feedback system, allowing real-time shaft position adjustment. Designed as a single axis stand-alone device, it supports additional plug-in cards and can interface with a PLC via provided input/output cards.
