The DDS02.1-W200-DS41-01-FW, a product by Bosch Rexroth Indramat, is a piece of a DDS modular drive system, in which AC servo and primary drives combine to create solitary supply unit drive packages. This digital drive controller, featuring a version 1 SERCOS interface, works well in textile machines, machine tools and other equipment such as handling machinery, and robotics. Its mounting within an IP 10 designated control cabinet ensures protection against solid objects larger than 50mm, and it can link with regulated DC 24V voltage INDRAMAT supply units. This unit is compatible only with motors featuring digital servo feedback and utilizes an in-cabinet cooling airflow mechanism to shed heat. It operates best at a DC bus voltage of 300V (+/- 15% tolerance), and can handle a 200A current rating. Its IP 20 Ingress Protection rating promises resistance against dust and objects larger than 12mm. Optimal functioning conditions include up to 95% relative humidity and temperatures between 0oC and 45oC.
