The DDS02.1-W200-DS46-02-FW is a digital drive controller from the DDS02 series by Bosch Rexroth Indramat. Designed to control motors featuring digital servo feedback along with a SERCOS interface, this drive controller facilitates operation of digitally driven motors using compatible controls and a fiber optic cable. Key features include evaluation inputs for reference switches, travel range limit switches, and sensor inputs. The controller incorporates 'heat technology' for cooling, necessitating its placement within an air-conditioned control cabinet. The DDS02.1-W200-DS46-02-FW, compatible with all Indramat supply units, is designed for mounting within an IP 10-rated control cabinet, providing protection from solid objects larger than 50mm. The controller itself has an IP 20 rating with a safety boundary for solids greater than 12mm diameter. The current rating for operation is 200A, and the permitted DC bus voltage is 300V with a ±15% tolerance.
