Bosch Rexroth Indramat's industrial control system product, the DDS02.2-A100-BA01-01-FW Drive Controller, integrates equably with synchronous, servo, and spindle motors. Designed to operate under 1000 meters altitude and less than 25 g/m3 humidity, this device incorporates an analog interface communication module and motor feedback. Though its IP20-rated housing offers protection from dust particles, the device should be installed in an enclosed cabinet due to its non-fluid resisting nature. It operates on a 24V DC voltage from either AC servo or main motor power and carries a bus voltage of 300 V DC. Emitting 97 watts at 90 A constant current, the drive controller maintains EMC compliance to minimize radio frequency interference. With the ability to operate at a peak current of 100 A and a steady current of 80 A, it can easily control servo motor speed and position. Suitable for machine tools, textiles, robotics, and handling applications, it can withstand temperatures up to +45°C and humidity levels of 95%.
