The DDS02.2-A100-BE11-02-FW, a versatile drive controller from Bosch Rexroth Indramat, is easily integrated with different Bosch Rexroth motor product lines. This controller uses convection cooling, offering efficient heat dissipation and therefore allowing installation in smaller equipment cabinets. It has an optimal operating temperature range of 0 to 45 degrees Celsius and a rated current output of 100 amperes. When temperatures reach 55 degrees Celsius, the output capacity drops to 80%. It is not designed for use at temperatures above 55 degrees Celsius or altitudes over 5000 meters. It functions optimally under 95% relative humidity and less 25 g/m3 absolute humidity. The controller weighs 11kg and flaunts an IP20 rating, providing no protection against moisture. It supports both digital servo feedback and resolver feedback, and includes a SERCOS-enabled command communication module. The firmware is sold separately. It lasts for a variety of applications including textiles, robotics, and handling machines, with installation and operation best performed by qualified technical experts.
