The DDS02.2-A100-BE12-01 is a DDS series drive controller produced by Bosch Rexroth Indramat. Compatible with an array of motors, including MDD and MKD synchronous motors, LAR and LAF inductance linear motors, and 1MB inductance motors, this drive controller ideally caters to applications related to handling machines, robotics, and textiles. With a nominal current output of 100 Amps, the DDS02.2-A100-BE12-01 operates at 24 Volts DC, specifically under ambient conditions stipulated by Bosch. Features of the controller include resolver feedback, digital servo feedback, and SERCOS command communication. Its unique cold technology design aids in expelling 80% of the heat outside the control cabinet, permitting placement in smaller cabinets. The device also supports different functions determined by separately ordered firmware that comes in a software module with both the drive parameters and firmware. In case of device failure, the software module can be shifted to a replacement unit.
