The DDS02.2-A100-BE23-01 is a sophisticated industrial controller developed by Bosch Rexroth Indramat to manage various operations like the speed of electric industrial motor systems like MKD synchronous and LAR inductance linear motors. This device contains a unique modular design allowing flexible combination with diverse industrial motors into a sealed drive package powered by a single supply unit. Moreover, interchangeable components facilitate easy upgrading or replacement without requiring a complete system reconfiguration. With a capacity for U1 to U5 slots, different specialized configuration modules can customize the controller's functionality. The rated input current consumed by the controller is about 100 amperes with a DC bus voltage of roughly 300 volts. It can achieve around 95% operational efficiency, and an inherent self-diagnostic feature proactively detects potential anomalies to prevent serious system damage.
