The DDS02.2-A100-BE33-01-FW, crafted by Bosch Rexroth Indramat, forms part of their high-response DDS drive system, engineered to work seamlessly with AC servo motors like the MDD, 2AD, ADF, and 1MB series. This modular digital drive controller from Line 2, Design 1, facilitates customization to various applications, such as robotics, textile, printing and packaging machines. It operates with a cold technology cooling mechanism, where the generated heat is essentially vented outside the control cabinet housing the drive. It connects to all Indramat supply units with a regulated 24V DC voltage. The housing cabinet is rated IP 10, providing protection against large objects. This controller is also compatible with motors featuring digital servo and resolver feedback, and accommodates a SERCOS interface for digital drive operation. Additional features include data transmission via fiber optics cable, and inputs for evaluating switches and sensors. Firmware support is also included with separate order.
