The DDS02.2-A100-BE42-03-FW is an advanced Digital Drive Controller designed by Bosch Rexroth Indramat. This highly flexible model, belonging to the DDS Series, operates optimally with AC servo and main drives to deliver compact drive configurations. Uniquely crafted with a flexible SERCOS interface module, it effortlessly processes digital drives and operates sensor inputs, range limit switches, reference switches using a fiber optic cable. With a direct current of 100A and a variation tolerant DC bus voltage of 300V, it readily connects to any 24V DC power unit. Encased in an IP 10 rated control cabinet per the DIN 40 050 standard, it employs a cold technology cooling method where the majority of heat is dissipated outside the cabinet. Its compatible motors may use either digital servo or resolver feedback, and it works efficiently at 0-45°C with a max relative humidity of 95%.
