The DDS02.2-A200-BE09-01-FW is a modular drive controller crafted by Bosch Rexroth Indramat. The controller features various slots for required and additional modules, including command communication and software modules. It leverages the SERCOS standard for real-time communication between control devices, using fiber optic technology and supporting 2 Mbps and 4 Mbps data rates. The device has the ability to cool via natural convection and includes an external heat sink, which reduces in-cabinet heat dissipation and allows for smaller cabinet installations. With rated data, the permissive ambient temperature goes up to 45°C, whereas with derated data it increases to 55°C. The controller's firmware must be separately purchased. The controller's rated output is 200 Amps and it possesses an IP20 housing that does not guard against moisture. Installation and operation should only be carried out by qualified technical personnel.
