The DDS02.2-A200-BE16-01-FW is a cutting-edge drive controller from Bosch Rexroth Indramat’s DDS series. Its modular design includes a basic unit, plugin modules, and software and firmware sections. When coupled with AC motors like LAR, MDD, MKD, and more, it serves as a rapid-response drive. Suitable for various industry machines, it has a 200 A rated current and operates with all INDRAMAT supply units with a 24 V controlled voltage. Through its use of firmware and a SERCOS interface, the controller evaluates critical operational factors, connected to the motor via a three-line INDRAMAT power cable, extendable to 75 m. Its heat management design diverts heat directly outside, and it carries an IP20 protective class rating. The controller features digital servo feedback and is optimal for operation in rooms with absolute humidity of 25 g/m³ or less. When stored, the temperate should ideally range from -30 to +85° C.
