The DDS02.2-A200-BE16-02-FW is a digital drive controller from the Bosch Rexroth DDS series, used within a modular drive system capable of combining AC servo and main drives for compact packaging. Primarily functioning as a rapid-response drive, it pairs well with AC servo motors such as the 1MB, MKD, LAF, and LAR series. It operates with a SERCOS interface-plugin module, requiring a fiber optic cable for safe and quick data transmission between SERCOS-compatible devices. This tech also assesses sensor inputs, travel range limits, and reference switches. Requiring a 200 A current to operate, it runs on a 300 V DC bus voltage (with +-15% tolerance) and connects to Indramat supply units with a 24V DC voltage. Mountable with its supply unit in a control cabinet utilizing cold technology for cooling, it boasts an IP 10 protection rating as per EN 60529. It functions with motors that have digital or resolver feedback, within a max ambient temperature of 45o C.
