The Bosch Rexroth Indramat DDS02.2-A200-BE76-01-FW is a drive controller in the DDS series, designed to operate with numerous Bosch industrial motors. The unit exhibits unique thermal control, with a heat sink mounted externally to ensure approximately 80% heat dissipation outside the cabinet, limiting internal overheating. The spacious dimensions of the controller and its heat sink facilitate effective airflow. For optimal performance, it should be installed with generous clearance-top, bottom, and front. The unit functions within stringent temperature limits of 0-45 degrees Celsius, under a maximum installation elevation of 1000 meters above sea level. Although the controller has an IP20 rating, confirming dust and moisture vulnerability, it can handle up to 95% relative humidity and an absolute humidity level of 25 g/m3. With a 200 Amps output, it supports resolver and digital servo feedback and utilizes SERCOS for secure fiber optic communications.
