The DDS02.2-W015-BE06-01-FW drive controller, created by Bosch Rexroth Indramat, employs an RS 232 interface at its X3 port for PC or VT-100 terminal connectivity. This unit should primarily use the company's own motor power cables for the AC motor connection, which have a maximum extension of 75m. Equipped with two analog diagnostic outputs, this device can produce internal drive variables for preliminary testing such as device commissioning. The device should never directly connect to a contact coil and can operate best at temperatures up to 55°C. Equipped with digital and resolver feedback systems, this unit functions optimally with two control inputs for relay coils rated at 1.5W power and 20-30VDC voltage. To facilitate secure transportation, shock-absorbing supports are used. This controller employs an E-DDS 2 electrical connector kit and has IP20 protection according to EN 60529 standards. The product is designed to control the holding brake of the associated motor.
