The DDS02.2-W015-BE12-01-FW, a product of Bosch Rexroth Indramat, is an advanced DDS drive system. This flexible, modular system combines AC servo and main drives into a compact package suitable for various applications, including textile machines, robotics, and printing and packaging machines. The DDS02.2-W015-BE12-01-FW controls digital drives through a SERCOS interface plugin module and fiber optic cable, facilitating rapid and secure data exchanges. This drive controller manages sensor inputs, limit switches, reference switches, and motors with digital servo or resolver feedback. Its built-in cooling mechanism effectively dissipates heat within the device’s control cabinet, which may require air conditioning. This controller is easy to install, and its control cabinet also houses a supply unit. With an IP 10 ingress protection rating per EN 60529, it admits no solid objects over 50mm in diameter. The controller's operational rated current is 15A, and its designated DC bus voltage rating is 300V, with a ±15% allowance.
