The DDS02.2-W015-BE23-01-FW, manufactured by Bosch Rexroth Indramat, is a digital servodrive featuring a modular design and utilizing the DIAX03 firmware. This product must be connected to an AC motor via a proprietary power cable, which incorporates both a protective conductor connection and a motor power connection. The device can be connected either through a terminal box or directly via a connector, with a maximum cable length of 75 meters. Its operational status is determined by the closing of the ready-to-operate Bb contact and motor feedback is facilitated through the X4 connector. Diagnostic warnings and errors are displayed using coded messages. Cooled by air circulation within the control cabinet, this unit also uses a SERCOS interface for command communications, and control is synchronized via a single-phase loop. Installation requires a sizeable control cabinet, with a potential need for air conditioning. The product is suitable for installations at elevations of up to 1,000 meters.
