The Bosch Rexroth DDS02.2-W015-BT27-01-FW is a 2-version code drive controller, engineered with safety regulations in mind. It is only functional with manufacturer-approved spare parts, and requires continuous grounding for all electrical components. The controller comes with a motor that provides both digital servo and resolver feedback. Heat technology is employed for cooling, although additional air conditioning may be required. The firmware and drive parameters are stored using a software module. For quicker identification of replacements upon failure, a type plate with the type code is included. The product draws 500mA at 24VDC, and can operate up to temperatures of 55°C, having no water penetration protection. Placement is best near the power supply to maximize output and current rating. Connections are made via A1, A2 and A3 terminals using M6 screws with 5Nm tightening torque. The device permits shielded lines for analog signals and features an RS 232 interface for PC or VT-100 terminal connections.
