The DDS02.2-W050-BE24-01-FW is a highly efficient drive controller, produced by Bosch Rexroth Indramat, for the DDS drive system. Apart from AC servo and main drives, it supports a broad range of motors such as MDD, MKD, LAR, LAF, LSF, 2AD, ADF, 1MB, and MBW, offering rapid-response drives when used in conjunction. This Version 2 drive controller, with a rated current of 50A and a DC bus voltage of 300V (±15%), utilizes a SERCOS plug-in module and a fiber optic cable for data exchange. The controller handles motors with digital servo or resolver feedback and includes inputs for travel range limit switches, reference switches, and sensor inputs. Its heat dissipation is managed within the control cabinet necessitating substantial cabinet size and air conditioning. This IP 20-rated controller supports firmware, allowing operation in ambient temperatures of 0oC to 45oC, and up to a maximum altitude of 1000m.
