The DDS02.2-W050-BE96-01-FW is a drive controller produced by Bosch Rexroth Indramat that forms a part of the DDS drive system. This product operates as a responsive drive when used with AC motors from MDD, MKD, LAF, and LAR series, ideal for use in textile, printing and packaging machines, robotics, and handling machines. The controller's Version 2 model is equipped with heat-dissipation technology, requiring it to be housed in a large and air-conditioned control cabinet. Furthermore, the control cabinet has an IP 10-rated ingress protection shielding against objects larger than 50mm. Alongside this, a SERCOS plug-in module allows control of digital drives via a fiber optics cable and manages inputs for various switches. This model operates at a rated current of 50A and a DC bus voltage rating of 300V. Finally, firmware, which enhances its functionality, has to be ordered separately, and the optimal operating temperature falls between 0oC to 45oC.
