The DDS02.2-W050-BT27-01-FW, a product of Bosch Rexroth Indramat, is integrated with rapid response controls and an external heat dissipation control cabinet with an IP20 protection rating. This drive controller requires operating software and model firmware (acquired separately), using a peak and continuous current of 50 amps. Applying 260 Watts at 40 A constant current when placed in a control cabinet, the unit accommodates additional modules in its five slots. However, the utilization with unregulated TVM power supplies is not advisable. Weighing 7.5 kilograms, it can operate between 0 and 45 degrees Celsius with relative humidity up to 95%. The controller, offering both digital and resolver servo feedback, can operate up to 1000 meters above sea level. This adaptable base unit receives inputs from command communication, plugin, and software modules.
