The DDS02.2-W100-BA07-01-FW is a drive controller designed and manufactured by Bosch Rexroth Indramat. This device, part of the DDS product range, can control and monitor the operation of various synchronous, linear and inductive motors, functioning as a quick-response drive. Its modular design allows for the use of multiple drive controllers off a single power supply. The controller connects to its respective motor via a power cable and a feedback cable, and requires a regulated 24VDC voltage supply. It must be commissioned with a service cable before being turned on for specific application operations. Its physical orientation must be strictly vertical, and it carries an IP 20 degree of protection according to EN 60529 / DIN VDE 0470-1. It displays system status and errors via an H1 LED panel. It can link to an adjacent controller via DC bus rails and has an instant 'ready-to-operate' feature. Improper usage can result in damage to property or personal injury.
