The DDS02.2-W100-BE11-02-FW is a drive controller developed by Bosch Rexroth Indramat and part of the innovative DDS drive system. Renowned for its flexibility, it is specially suited for rapid-response drives in various industrial machines such as textile, robotics and packaging machines. This version can synchronize with motors using digital servo feedback or analog servo feedback, communicating seamlessly through the plug-in SERCOS module via a fiber optic cable. This module also manages sensor inputs and limit switches. The controller can connect with any 24V DC regulated supply unit and can be set up within a control cabinet, maximizing space efficiency. It employs heat technology for temperature regulation, requiring larger control cabinets with air conditioning. Finally, the cabinet is rated IP 10 under EN 60529, ensuring its resistance to solid foreign bodies larger than 50mm in diameter.
