The Bosch Rexroth DDS02.2-W100-BE14-01-FW is a digital controller with hardware and software components, manufactured by Indramat. It includes a basic unit with slots for mandatory and plug-in modules. Each controller includes two mandatory modules: a software module containing drive firmware and operating parameters, and a SERCOS command communication module that can be replaced with options for single-axis positioning and analog. Up to three additional plugin modules, such as a command card, analog signal interface, or input/output interface, can be added. It has a rated output of 100 Amps under optimal conditions, which can fall when exposed to elevated temperatures or altitudes. The controller accepts resolver feedback and digital servo feedback and can modulate output to achieve desired motor parameter values. Due to heat generation, a large cabinet is required for mounting.
