The DDS02.2-W100-BE16-02-FW industrial drive controller is a technologically advanced motor control unit, designed and manufactured by Bosch Rexroth Indramat. Under regular use, it amplifies the voltage and current to the motor based on control signals from the control center, requiring a regulated power supply connection for optimal efficiency. The controller is highly efficient, operating at around 95% and is compatible with a diverse range of industrial motors, making it ideal for various machinery such as handling machines, robots, or food processors. It communicates with the motor via a power cable and motor feedback cable, which should be separately wired to avoid electrical interference. The controller does not come with a firmware module; this should be separately requested. Despite its unique temperature regulation system, it should not be installed at ambient temperatures exceeding 50 degrees Celsius.
