The DDS02.2-W100-BE25-01-FW, developed by industry-leading manufacturer Bosch Rexroth Indramat, is a state-of-the-art drive controller which is optimized for industrial automation. With resolver and digital servo feedback, this model can output a continuous current of 100A while conforming to EMC standards to reduce unwanted radio frequencies. It features an IP20-rated protection and utilizes a SERCOS interface connection module. Primarily used for precise control of servo motor's position and speed, it is fully digital, has a maximum tolerance temperature of +45°C, and is ideal for MDD and LAR AC motors in machine tools, textiles, robotics, and material handling equipment amongst others. Additionally, it allows easy integration of AC servo motors and main drives into a single drive package. This model dissipates 380W at a continuous current demand of 60A and operates on a 24V DC input voltage, tolerating absolute humidity less than 25 g/m3 with a maximum installation height of 1000 meters.
