The Bosch Rexroth Indramat DDS02.2-W100-BE92-01-FW is a versatile drive controller that forms a key part of the modular DDS drive system. This controller integrates effectively with a range of AC servo motors, including the MDD, 1MB, LSF, 2AD, and ADF series, enabling comprehensive applications in fields such as robotics and machinery for textiles, packaging and printing. The controller employs a SERCOS plug-in module which allows streamlined communication, sensors evaluation and regulates switches, utilizing fiber optic cables for high-speed secure data transfer. All Indramat supply units with a regulated 24V DC can operate this controller, which carries a current rating of 100A and a designated DC bus voltage value of 300V ±15%. The DDS02.2-W100-BE92-01-FW’s compact design enables installation in a control cabinet, providing IP 10 protection, preventing the entry of solid objects larger than 50mm. It adapts to motors with digital or resolver feedback and can incorporate firmware, to be ordered separately.
