The DDS02.2-W200-BE10-01-FW, a digital drive controller, is a product of Bosch Rexroth Indramat. Requiring a 24 volts DC input, it supports a maximum output of 200 amps which, however, may reduce if the ambient conditions deviate from Bosch's recommended operating temperature range of 0-45 degrees Celsius and elevation range of 0-1000 meters. To ensure proper heat dissipation, a minimum of 40mm and 80mm space needs to be maintained at the front and on top and bottom of the drive respectively. The unit also incorporates a command communication module supporting SERCOS. Comprehensive operating parameters are stored on a separately-purchased firmware stored on the software module, enabling simple restoration in case of a drive failure. It supports both resolver feedback and digital servo feedback, and accommodates a variety of Bosch motors. The controller comes in an IP20 rated shell that weighs 7.5kg, aligning with industrial applications such as robotics, textiles, printing and handling machines.
