The DDS02.2-W200-BE11-00-FW from Bosch Rexroth Indramat has a 300 V bus and a 200A rating. Part of the DDS Drive Controllers, it uses an air blower and is rated IP20. It needs firmware separately and supports a 1000 MSL installation.
