The Bosch Rexroth DDS02.2-W200-BE13-01-FW Drive Controller, capable of providing 65 amps of constant current and a peak of 200 amps, is known for facilitating precise control over motor speed and direction. A distinctive design prevents heat accumulation through external energy loss distribution. The device needs separately acquired firmware and uses SERCOS as its key communication module. The controller can operate without data loss at a maximum temperature of 45 degrees Celsius, with a storage and transmission temperature range of -30 to +85 degrees Celsius. Incorporating air conditioning, digital servo, and resolver feedback mechanisms, this 7.5 kilos drive converter works under a direct current bus voltage of 300 volts (+/-15%) and complies with IP20 standards. The maximum allowable humidity is 95%, with the maximum condensation capped at 25 g/m3.
