The DDS02.2-W200-BE45-01-FW is a modular and innovative drive controller produced by Bosch Rexroth Indramat. Designed with a first-rate cooling system, it is mainly used in robotics, textile and handling machines, and printing and packaging apparatuses. Capable of adjusting to various functions by using different modules such as software, plugin and firmware, this drive controller boasts a peak current of 200A and a continuous current of 65A. Despite its vulnerability to water with its protection degree IP 20, it is completely safe from dust intrusion. It operates with INDRAMAT supply units regulating a stable DC 24V voltage and communicates through a SERCOS interface for fiber optic cable transmissions. Encased in an IP 10 rated control cabinet for optimal security from larger objects, it connects to AC motors using the exclusive INDRAMAT motor power cable that also features a shielded pair of lines for temperature monitoring. Its transport conditions require a temperature range of -30°C to +85°C.
