The DDS02.2-W200-BE76-01-FW is a model of digital AC servo motor drive control, designed and manufactured by Bosch Rexroth Indramat. These drive controllers, part of the modular DDS drive system, offer fast response operation when paired with motors from the MDD, 2AD, MKD, LAR, LAF, and 1MB series. This DDS model is typically found in textile machines, robotics, and packaging machines among others. The advanced cooling system utilizes heat technology, dispersing heat within a large, air-conditioned control cabinet. Its protection against objects over 50mm in diameter grants it an IP10 rating. Equipped with a SERCOS plug-in module, it enables communication with SERCOS-compatible digital drives using a fiber optic cable. Motors using digital or resolver feedback can connect to this model. With a 200A current rating, it operates with a designated DC bus voltage of 300V, allowing a ±15% deviation. The system's firmware is available separately.
