The DDS03.1-W030-DC01-01-FW is a DDS drive controller manufactured by Bosch Rexroth Indramat, typically used in machine tools, robotics, printing machinery and handling machines. The unit comes equipped with a separately ordered firmware that is housed in the software module, located in slot U5 of the basic unit. This is also where the drive parameters are programmed. An integral part of every DDS controller is a command communication module, located in slot U1, which supports Interbus-S, enabling data transmission between control systems and various I/O modules. The controller has a rated output current of 30 Amps, and due to heat generation during operation, has air inlets at the bottom and outlets at the top. Optimal ambient temperature is 0 to 45 degrees Celsius, with recommended spacing of 80mm at the top and bottom and 40mm at the front. The unit accommodates digital servo feedback and measures 355 x 70 x 325 millimeters.
