The DDS03.1-W030-DL20-00 is a drive controller produced by Bosch Rexroth Indramat, designed to control and monitor an AC motor. Featuring an IP 20 degree of protection, it utilizes a modular design to connect multiple drives to one power supply. Compatible with MKD, LAR, and MDD series motors, this unit can also support four functional modules. The controller has noticeable features such as a fault reset key and a status display for error and warning messages. It requires a connection with the AC motor via a manufacturer-provided power cable and avoids earth loops to reduce interference and fault-clearing difficulty. The unit contains two analog diagnostic outputs for testing and features a starting lockout to prevent inadvertent motor startup. It permits computer connectivity through a serial interface at its X2 connector. With a one-year backup support, the controller can be shipped globally. It weighs around 5.5 kg and requires enclosed housing installation.
