The DDS03.1-W030-RC01-01-FW, a digital controller by Bosch Rexroth Indramat, harmonizes with MDD, MKD, and LAR motors to execute rapid-response drives, suitable for machine tools, printing, machinery, robotics, and textiles. All Bosch supply units with a 24 Volts DC output can utilize the DDS drive controllers. A fully-built controller comprises a base unit, software module, firmware, and plug-in modules—the software module retains both the firmware and configured drive parameters and supports a copying function, enabling seamless transition to a replacement drive in case of malfunctions. The controller, supporting Interbus-S communication, also allows alternate command options like SERCOS, analog, and single-axis positioning control. It utilizes heat technology where cooling airflow occurs inside the cabinet with an optimal temperature range of 0 to 45 degrees Celsius. Rated for 30 Amps, the controller includes integrated resolver feedback.
